Weekend at the Ranch - Burrata, Chardonnay and BBQ!

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Ranch with David, Holly and Marc - full of jeep rides, pool time, and of course, some burrata and chardonnay. Nothing beats a cool glass of Rombauer on a sunny San Jose day at the ranch! Sprinkle a touch of olive oil with some basil, salt and pepper for the perfect burrata snack.

David made delicious chicken and pork shoulder for some amazing slow smoked BBQ. A great tool is the iGrill (a wedding present) which follows the temperature of the meat along the entire cooking process.

Such a fun weekend at the ranch! Nothing better that burrata and chardonnay and BBQ (and friends!).
