Sage Butter Poached Lobster With Fresh Tagliarini Pasta

A delicious Sunday night dinner for me and David.  Great way to end the weekend!

Ingredients:
Sage butter / Regular Salted Butter
5 small/medium Lobster tails
Chardonnay
Lemon
1 Tbsp Flour
1 Yellow Onion
3 stalks Green Onion
Fresh Basil
Fresh Oregano
Fresh Tagliarini Pasta

Butter Lettuce salad with shaved onion, cherry tomatoes, avocado and sea salt!
